A Chinese cloisonne circular box and cover the cover decorated with a large central roundel of two birds in flight above peonies, with four smaller rounded reserves depicting butterflies, birds and flowers, the sides of the box too, with matching reserves, all set on a blue-turquoise ground with brightly coloured enamels of scrolling Indian lotus in cloisonne, apocryphal Kangxi six-character mark to base, 14 cm high, 28 cm diameter.
