An impressive diamond set cocktail wristwatch, 18ct white gold, circa 1950's, designed as a heavily diamond set cocktail wristwatch, the round head marked Omega to dial, detailed to bezel by grain set single cut diamonds, with silvered dial, baton and Arabic numerals with two hands, fitted to an impressive trillion and brilliant cut diamond bracelet, each of the graduating panels set with a central trillion cut diamond bezel set, claw set to each corner with a single brilliant cut diamond, connected by a frame of smaller diamonds in smooth rails, completed with a slide clasp, safety chain and catch
