A pair of covered vases in the manner of Royal Vienna, late 19th century, of slender pear shaped form with a waisted foot, domed covers and Art Nouveau pierced bracket handles, decorated with figural roundels depicting Angelica Kauffman style classical figures upon a cream ground decorated with gilded flowers and gilt embellished and bordered indigo and maroon reserves; bearing gilt backstamp, Royal Vienna' underside and patent number. Height 45 cm
