A fine Royal Worcester snake handled porcelain ewer, 1901, of ovoid form with an exaggerated waisted neck and flaring rim, raised upon a slender pedestal to a spreading socle and square base, with finely patterned entwined snake handles, the body with gilded floral decoration and gold patterned borders upon a cream ground; with backstamp underside, also patent and registration numerals.
