A Chinese black lacquer and mother-of-pearl cabinet, Qing Dynasty, late 19th to early 20th century, the small cupboard with a pair of doors above two half width drawers, with painted peony to the top, the side panels and doors decorated with inlaid mother-of-pearl finches on magnolia and prunus blossom branches within patterned borders.
