1908 London, IV Summer Olympics: the Alan Noble collection: 1908 London Olympics - Diploma, 36 x 26 cm, inscribed 'A.M.Noble, Member of the English Team, Winner of first prize for Hockey, at the Olympic Games London, 1908', and signed by Lord Desbrough, President of the British Olympic Committee. 1908 London Olympics - card from Hockey Association, dated 29th Sept.1908, advising 'You Have been Selected to Represent England in the Olympic Games & I Shall be Glad If You Will Let Me Know as Soon as possible Whether You can Play in the Stadium on Oct.29th, 30th & 31st'. 1908 London Olympics - an England team photograph, and two action photographs, each 16 x 11 cm silver-plated trophy, engraved 'The C.U.O.D. Cup', and on reverse 'Derby school, Athletic sports, one Mile open, A.H.Noble, 1901', 18 cm tall.
