A red pottery figure of an equestrian drummer Tang dynasty the rider with right arm raised as he prepares to beat the drum set in front of the saddle, wearing a loose robe and hood, the horse standing four square on a rectangular base, with head turned slightly to one side, the red ware with traces of white pigment, perspex stand, fitted box (2) 28.5 cm high.
