A Meissen tete a tete service, late 19th century comprising; a teapot, lidded sugar bowl, cream jug and two cups and saucers, having gilt rims, the tapering spherical pot with naturalistically modelled handle and spout, the sugar bowl with applied floral finial to the lid, the cream jug and cups with loop handles, all hand painted in colours on a white ground, with Deutsche Blumen, marked with crossed swords in underglaze blue, various painted numbers (8) the teapot 14 cm high, 22 cm wide, 14 cm deep
