A pair of large Sevres pattern lidded vases, late 19th century having a celeste blue ground highlighted with gilding, each of fluted baluster form, supported on a central stem terminating in a canted square form stepped base, the frieze inset with interlaced circular panels painted in colours with French Royalty, above which there are suspended swags in gilt, a Grecian key border, surmounted by lids modelled as crowns, bearing apocryphal 'Sevres' mark to base 69 cm high, 29 cm in diameter
