A six-panel embellished black lacquer screen, 20th century each panel inlaid with various materials including bone and different coloured hardstones, to depict vases of flowers, including peony, chrysanthemum, magnolia, prunus and lilies, and precious objects below a medallion of cranes in a pine tree, and above a panel of foliate scrolls all within the raised borders carved with floral meanders each panel 183 cm high, 41 cm wide
