A Victorian papier mache small cabinet, circa 1850 ebonized, inlaid with mother of pearl, decorated with gilt and sprays of polychrome flowers, having a domed rectangular top opening to reveal a silk lined segmented compartment for jewellery, with two doors with applied panels to the front opening to reveal eight drawers and a central pigeonhole, raised on four bracket feet 44 cm high, 40 cm wide, 34 cm deep.
