A twin handled pedestal Derby dish, 1800-1825, the rectangular dish of undulating form and a deep bowl, with pierced foliate strap handles and raised on a low and spreading oval foot, with gold arabesques and flowers on a deep blue border, gilded edges and lion's head motifs to the corners, an ivy leaf embellishment to the foot; with iron red mark underside and painted numerals 36.
