A fine Regency rosewood chiffonier, circa 1815, with pierced brass gallery above the mirrored back, the shelf supported by brass mounted pilaster, with cut brass inlay in rosette, anthemion and arabesque designs, the two doors with interlaced brass wires on pleated silk fabric, supported on square tapered feet, 78 cm width x 32.5 cm depth x 112.5 cm height. Provenance: Purchased in 1978 from Paul Couts limited editioninburgh.
