Diamond shaped and of rococo revival styling, with a gadrooned edge, pierced scroll handles and decorated with a rich cobalt border and gilt swags, flora and beaded motifs, a shaped cartouche with a cluster of pink roses, on a pedestal to a conforming pierced base; backstamp in iron red and pattern number underside.
