A fine Chinese.900 silver spirit kettle. Qing Dynasty, circa 1900, maker's marks, Wf, for wing fat, Canton/Hong Kong. A heavy gauge tapering hexagonal kettle with a domed lid, embellished with cast and chased birds amidst auspicious foliage and flowers, one facet with a dragon within ruyi clouds; a bamboo swing handle, spout and shaped frame, with burner; hallmarked underside and to feet of frame, burner X-ray tested for silver. Silver weight 1422gr height 31 cm. Width 17.5 cm. Depth 23 cm
