An Art Nouveau gold and diamond-set bat brooch and a paste, enamel and pearl bat pendant, circa 1900, the brooch, sculpted as a textured gold bat with out-stretched wings and rose-cut diamond eyes, together with a pendant, designed as a bat with green plique-a-jour out-stretched wings, decorated throughout with circular paste, suspending a similarly-set star and freshwater pearl drop, to the paste-set crescent moon surmount, brooch mounted in 18 carat yellow gold, width 5.5 cm, gross weight 6.8 grams, pendant mounted in silver, pearl untested, length 10.0 cm
