A late George III silver quality hot water pot, the ovoid half lobed body raised on a flared circular pedestal foot, shell, scroll and gadroon rim, fluted scroll neck, radiating lobed panelled lid with conforming ball finial, the carved twin bar handle with double forked snake's heads and tails. Fine scales evident, the fancy cartouche with scroll framing. London 1817 by William Burwash. Weight 975gms. Height 23.5 cm
