A rare George IV silver second course dish, large circular form with gadroon and shell rim, engraved with the British Royal coat-of-arms, another armorial badge to the opposite side, plain centre. London 1822 by Philip Rundell. Weight 1860gms. Diameter 37.5 cm. Note the maker Philip Rundell took Paul Storr into working partnership in 1807, an arrangement which lasted until 1819.
