A Victorian Parian bust, 'Mother and Child' modelled by Raffaele Monti, a veiled mother cradling her baby, mounted on a waisted circular socle, impressed marks to the reverse for Ceramic and Crystal Palace Art Union and Copeland, inscribed signature and date of 1871 to back of bust.
