A blue and white vase Qing dynasty, 18th/19th century of rectangular section, the baluster body rising from a splayed foot to the tall waisted neck flanked by two angular loop handles, the sides painted with ribboned emblems interspersed among meandering floral scrolls in a broad band below a frieze of confronted dragons and band of peony scrolls, all between further bands of lappets, lotus scrolls and key-fret borders 40.5 cm high.
