A blue and white vase and cover Ming dynasty, 16th century of slender baluster form, the sides painted with a frieze of trailing lotus scrolls between a band of lappets around the splayed base and ruyi -shaped floral panels around the shoulders, below the narrow flared mouth, the cover with pendent stiff leaves (2) 25.5 cm high.
