An octagonally lobed celadon jade bowl and cover thinly carved with rounded sides springing from the short lobed foot and delicately carved in low relief on the exterior with a frieze of seated musicians between a band of upright petals at the base and a key-fret border around the rim, the high domed cover with matching decoration below a large circular knop carved as a flowerhead with radiating petals, wood stand, fitted box (3) 12.3 cm diameter.
