Surfboard: Bobby Brown Malibu, c. 1966. 9 feet 2 inches x 22 1/2 inches x 3 inches thick. A legendary surfboard rider who was one of the finalists in the 1964 World Titles and certainly the youngest rider there. According to Dave Smith, this was one of only 5 or 6 that he actually shaped before his death and also contained his hand and foot print that was placed when the laminate coat was applied. Longer than most of his other boards, which were generally around 8 feet 6 inches.
