Anne Dangar, New South Wales, circular earthenware dish painted in a modernist style on a cream ground signed MSD to the reverse 26 cm diameter. Note: the initials MSD stand for Moly-Sabata Dangar. This refers to the artist's colony established by Albert Gleizes at the villa Moly-Sabata in the Rhone Valley region France where Dangar studied during the 1930s. Reference: K.
