An impressive Georgian mourning locket, 18ct rose gold, crafted as a large oval shaped locket with double sided glass panels, to one side an intricately painted scene of a mourning widow and monument dated 4th Oct 1800, beautifully overlaid with gold and pearl embellishment, to reverse a woven hair panel with initials woven in pearls, fitted with bail.
