A Chinese famille verte bowl, Qing Dynasty, early 19th century, the tapering bowl raised upon a ring foot decorated externally with a continuous scene of domestic and courtly narratives, and to the interior, a central roundel and panels with domestic vignettes and birds in landscape settings surrounded by vine borders, the rims well decorated with finely painted flowers. Height 9.5 cm. Diameter 25.5 cm
