A matching pair of Chinese porcelain rice bowls, Qing Dynasty, late 19th to early 20th century, the deep flared bowls each raised on a small circular foot, having metal rims and decorated with the auspicious symbols of Buddhism in polychrome enamels upon a white ground and between key fret and ruyi borders; with iron red Guangxu mark underside.
