A pair of Japanese bronze Ikebana vases, with silver and niello inlay Meiji period 1868 - 1912. The vases are decorated with geisha girls partaking in tea drinking ceremonies depicted in cast relief. There is extensive silver and niello inlay work to the base, lower column and upper rim surface, with, depictions of frogs, tree branches and various oriental aesthetic designs. Height 32.5 cm
