A fine, early Victorian, micro mosiac and specimen marble topped centre table, circa 1840, the central micro mosaic depicting St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, bordered by inlaid examples of lapis lazuli, verde antico, red porphyry, broccatello di spagna, alabastro fiorito, malachite, semesanto, Porto, marmo Africano and others, the apron with scroll moulded edge, the hexagon concave and turned column pedestal on stepped base with four paw feet and brass castors, 46 cm diameter x 73 high
