Frontispiece, 6 folding plates at rear, 84(?) plates, drawings and figures through text, 106pp., large 4to., publisher's green cloth with gilt titles, some minor rubbing. a very good copy.The illustrations are erratically numbered and placed out of sequence, but 84 seems to be the total. a fine record with much engineering detail drawing, photos of work in progress, illustrations of previous unbuilt designs &c. Frontispiece, 12 folding plates of designs, details and equipment, (6),vi,417pp.,28pp.appendix,12pp.index, pages untrimmed, rear flyleaf replaced, large 8vo., publisher's brown moire cloth boards a little marked and bumped, original paper spine label chipped and browned not touching title. the boards have sometime been neatly re-attached. Internally very good.
