Deuxieme Serie - Troisieme Annee Paris, Librairie de la Construction Moderne, 1906.12 monthly issues, each containing 2 plates coloured by pochoir and finished by hand, by Jean Saude, 4 pages of printed text, details and/or elevations &c., loose as issued, each issue in a green paper wrapper with a front page design by Alphonse Mucha, the other pages with publisher's and other advertisements. Folio, 395 x 330 mm. All contained in the publisher's portfolio which repeats the Mucha design on the front board, with ties and cloth spine. Spine renewed to match original. a very good copy.The 24 superb plates illustrate mostly villas, and most very fanciful, and a few town houses, and other small buildings, some as perspective views, some as elevations with plans. the text pages have photographs of the finished buildings (if built) with details &c. the first series of the periodical ran from 1899-1903 and this second series ran from 1904 to 1910.
