An ivory vase, Qing dynasty, 18th/19th century, the ovoid body carved in deep undercut relief with figures in a sailing junk and men on horseback brandishing swords, in a continuous seascape with trees on a rocky shore and a dragon and tiger among scrolling clouds, below stiff leaves and lotus scrolls on the tall waisted neck with double loose ring handles, 18 cm high
