A beautiful ruby and diamond set brooch, sterling silver and 9ct white gold, beautifully crafted as an antique spray brooch of foliate design, centrally detailed by three floral clusters, each set with a central ruby of strong red colour, framed by old cut diamond petals, bezel set, supported by elongated sheaths of smaller diamonds and a clover bouquet. Totalling throughout 3.66ct. Original box.
