A fine French black marble clock garniture, late 19th century, with movement by Vincenti et Cie, the eight day movement bell striking clock having a fine enamel dial with Roman numerals and a visible brocot escapement set within a drum head, the central glazing displaying a mercury filled pendulum flanked by gilt bronze fluted columns with finials, embellished with mottled pink brown marble throughout and with cast scenes of cupids at play to the façade and shaped base, the associated tazze conforming; with key.
