A French figural clock garniture, 'Melodie' by Ruffony, circa 1900, with maker's mark, Just, and dial marked Trib, Besançon, the eight day movement bell striking clock having an enamel dial with Arabic numerals and fine pierced hands set within an orange veined marble plinth surmounted by the spelter figure of Melodie in diaphanous robes holding her harp, with rococo gilt bronze feet and decoration, the accompanying whiplash handled urns conforming; with pendulum and key.
