A Chinese Peking glass snuff bottle, late Qing Dynasty, late 19th century, the baluster shaped bottle with a waisted neck, in white opaque glass and finely painted in coloured enamels with exotic ho ho birds sitting on a rock amidst peony blooms, with coloured borders to the collar and base, and a mottled lapis blue and rope embellished brass stopper; signed underside.
