Kiev Arsenal: John Player Special (a later type) all metal spy camera disguised as a package of cigarettes which hides a Kiev-Vega camera. This example does not have the protruding 'cigarettes' of the earlier type. Marked 'Cia' near the controls and in a rather elaborate lined box which incorporates the Cia logo and is engraved 'For Special Agent' (presumably Maxwell Smart or Agent 99) on the inside & 'Jps' on the top.
