A Russian silver spoon. 1899-1908 Riga, with assayers mark K3 for Kliment Anikiyevich Zagayevsky and rubbed maker's mark, possibly Nikolay Shepelev, having a lobed gilt washed bowl with bright cut and prick work designs, a slender throat to a rounded finial with further floral and scroll designs; hallmarked underside.
