An Australian sterling silver grape vine basket, early 20th century, unmarked, believed to be an apprentice piece. The low form basket weave dish with fine repousse and chased roundel of grapes and vine leaves centrally and with a similarly embellished border, having a shaped strap handle and raised upon four small feet (tested for silver). Silver weight 286gr. Height 16.5 cm. Length 22.5 cm. Width 18.5 cm
