A Chinese famille rose dish, late Qing Dynasty (late 19th/early 20th century). The hexagonal straight sided dish with a flattened rim and raised on stile feet, decorated to the interior and rim in a predominantly puce, emerald and iron red palette with sprays of flora, fruits, butterfly and bird decorations with gilt highlights, upon a white ground.
