A Louis XV style brass mantel clock, late 19th century, with movement by a Chapus, Paris. The bell and pendulum clock with a white enamel dial, ornately tooled gilt hands and Roman and Arabic numerals, raised on a waisted rococo pedestal with pierced and foliate scrolls and surmounted by a decorative amphora, on a shaped serpentine base with small feet; with an associated shaped ebonised timber stand.
