1917 Pioneer Exhibition game in Cambridge: Team photograph, titled 'Australian football Team, Emmanuel College, Cambridge', framed & glazed, 60 x 51 cm; mounted on large football-shaped backing board (overall 108 x 65 cm), with text 'First Australian Rules football Exhibition in England. Played at Cambridge University oval 26.1.17. Captain W.Kennett an old Hamilton player'. Fair/good condition. Note: the first exhibition match had actually been played in London on 28th October 1916.
