Attached silver shield engraved 'Presented to 'The Bugler' by the Officers, Maryborough Naval Brigade, 2.2.01; Additional engraving; the 'Call', First Sounded on 'This Bugle' was the 'Commodores Salute' at the Funeral service of her late Majesty Queen Victoria Feb. 2nd, 1901.'
