A Victorian Royal Worcester bottle vase, 1894, shape number 1449 dating from 1890, having a cobalt spherical body above a waisted circular foot, with a slender knopped neck and flaring rim in blush ivory with fluted and pendant husk motifs, the body with an informal arrangement of summer blooms in pale blues with fine relief gilding; with backstamps and registration number 147102 underside. Height 30.5 cm.
