Portrait of Sir (Charles) Michael Robert Vivian Duff, 3rd Baronet (3 May 1907-1980) was a British statesman and socialite, signed lower right illegible, dated 1947, mounted in a 18th century carved gilt gesso frame. This portrait dates from 1947, two years before he married his second wife, on 14 July 1949, Lady (Alexandra Mary Cecilia) Caroline Paget (died 1973), the eldest daughter of Charles Paget, 6th Marquess of Anglesey. 40.5 x 31 cm
