Top quality Chinese export underglaze blue saucer. Decorated in the pagoda pattern with boats in a mountain river landscape and foliate rim. A gilded band probably added later in England. Together with a near matching cup. Almost original with some wear to the gilding. A short, fine 3 cm hairline on the underside extending from a firing spot but not extending to the rim. The cup with a hairline to the rim. Diameter 14 cm
