Group of Three: Sutlej Medal 1845-46 to Robt McLeod 53rd Regt with Sobraon clasp, original ribbon with buckle Punjab Medal 1848-49 to Robt McLeod, 53rd Foot. with Goojerat clasp, original ribbon and buckle Empire Veterans Association Cross unnamed with original ribbon and mount Listed in Lord Ranfurly's 'Defenders of the Empire'. McLeod died in Whangarei Hospital and as he had no New Zealand relatives gave his medals to the surgeon who attended him.
