A carved ivory figure of a warrior maiden Qing Dynasty, 19th century standing, holding a sabre in her right hand, her left raised holding a ball, wearing long robes and a shawl tied around her shoulders beneath a pouch holding a bow and arrows hung over her back, an empty pouch hung from her waist, her long hair partly drawn into a high chignon pinned with a scarf at the back, the details picked out in black, wood stand (2) 31.5 cm
