A sterling silver teapot, 1912 Sheffield, with maker's marks for John & William Deakin, of pleasing proportions, an Adams inspired boat-shaped teapot, the lower half gadrooned, the hinged lid conforming and surmounted by a complementary finial, with a squared ebony bracket handle; hallmarked to body, stamped H8674 underside.
