An English sterling silver teapot, 1855, London, with maker's mark of Edward & John Barnard, a beautiful ovoid pot upon a slightly spreading foot, a 'C' scroll handle with ivory insulators, and a scrolled hinge to the lid with an acorn finial; marks to finial and underside.
